PA Supreme Court decision

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently upheld our Superior Couirt victory in the case of Kent v. Kent (March 18, 2011). Appeals to the Pennsyvlania Supreme Court are not a matter of right, unlike appeals to the Superior Court. Following an exchange of briefs, the Supreme Court declined the oppositions request for leave to file an appeal with the court. Accordingly, the Superior Court decision will stand.

We are pleased that this case has concluded and that justice was done and that our client can move on with his life.

See our earlier August 9, 2011 blog post for a description of the Kent decision itself.
